Shipping Policy

At ViP Sparklers, we strive to ship your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below to know what to expect:

• Fast Processing: All orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.

• Delivery Carriers: We ship via reliable, trackable services such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

• Physical Address Required: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. This policy is due to carrier restrictions when shipping sparklers and other ground-delivery-only items.

• Continental U.S. and Beyond: We currently ship throughout the United States. Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive within a few business days (typically 3–7 business days via standard ground shipping). Alaska and Hawaii orders may take longer in transit – please anticipate at least 15 business days for delivery to these locations. (Note: Certain sparklers are classified as “ground shipping only” materials, which can lengthen delivery times to non-continental states.)

• Shipping Costs: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (see Promotional Policy below for details). For orders under $50 or those upgrading to expedited shipping options, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Any special handling fees for hazardous materials will be disclosed upfront.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ViP Sparklers is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help correct it before shipment.

• Delivery Acceptance: Many of our products (like wedding sparklers or bottle sparklers) may be considered hazardous for shipping and could require an adult signature upon delivery. Ensure someone 18 or older is available to accept packages if required by the carrier.

• Shipping Delays: While we dispatch orders on time, actual delivery is handled by third-party carriers. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please use the tracking information to contact the carrier. Expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded due to carrier delays once the package is in transit.

• Venue and Legal Restrictions: Important – Before ordering sparklers or any pyrotechnic product, please confirm with your event venue and local regulations that sparklers are allowed. Different states, cities, or venues have rules regarding the use of sparklers, fireworks, or open flames. ViP Sparklers is not responsible for any issues or losses if your venue or locality prohibits the use of the sparklers after purchase. Always check in advance to ensure you can safely enjoy our products at your event.
