Return Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by ViP Sparklers. Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping Responsibility: We do not provide return shipping labels for sparklers or related products. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our facility in Miami, Florida. For your protection, please use a trackable shipping service (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and retain the tracking information.
Condition of Returned Items: Only products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items that have been lit, partially used, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned. Due to safety regulations and product integrity, sparklers that have left our facility are not resellable.
Return Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests beyond 30 days from delivery.
Restocking Fee: All authorized returns of sparklers will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This is due to the special handling and non-resellable nature of sparklers. For example, if your original order was $100, the refund would be $100 minus a $20 restocking fee (plus any original shipping cost, see below).
Original Shipping Costs: Any original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund in certain cases (this typically applies only if a return causes the original order total to fall below the free-shipping minimum).
Return Address: After you obtain return authorization, we will provide you with the correct return address in Miami, FL. Do not send products back without receiving the return instructions, as hazardous materials like sparklers require proper handling.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the items. We will notify you if the return is approved or if there are any issues (e.g. item not in acceptable condition).
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item or a product that is defective/damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away. We will make it right by replacing the item or providing a return label and full refund, without any restocking fee, in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
Your refund will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected by ViP Sparklers. Here’s what to expect:
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not offer refunds in cash or to alternative cards/accounts for security reasons. If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to that same account.
Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow 3–5 business daysfrom the date we issue the refund for it to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement. The exact timing can vary depending on your payment provider.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If a certain amount of time passes and you do not see the refund, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card company, as they may have internal processing times. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
Deductions: As noted in our Return Policy, any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. We will clearly communicate the refunded total in your confirmation.
Partial Refunds and Sale Items: We generally do not issue partial refunds for opened or used products. Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale (if any) may not be eligible for return or refund. Promotional discounts will be taken into account such that you are refunded the amount you actually paid (minus any fees if applicable).
